國民黨主席選戰開打，黨副主席、黨主席參選人郝龍斌3日則公布4大點青年政見，表示將廢除所有連署門檻的規定，降低新人參政的門檻，並修改初選規則，採民調加權；另外，每年的政黨補助金至少提撥10%，專款用於培養年輕世代，還要再四年內將讓國民黨一半以上一級主管全面年輕化。
郝龍斌3日上午舉行青年政策公布記者會，除了競選辦公室副主委賴世葆外，還邀請多位年輕國民黨員一起讚聲，包括中南部青年as女鞋代表張鎔麒、黨務青年幹部代表徐巧芯、青年中常委蕭敬嚴、黃復興青年代表金大鈞、台北市中正區青工會長陳孝威，以及青年黨代表蔡孟軒。
郝龍斌指出，青年政見主要有四點，首先，廢除所有連署門檻的規定，降低年輕人、新人參政的門檻；第二，修改初選規則，採民調加權，40歲以下的非現任者民調加權10%，35歲以下加權15%，30歲以下加權20％。他強調，年輕人參政最缺的是「基礎」，盼用民調加權具體協助，讓年輕世代跨越參政門檻。
郝龍斌接著說，第三點為每年政黨補助金至少提撥10%，專款用於培養年輕世代，包含成立人才銀行、加強校園耕耘、培訓參政能力、資助選舉經費等，讓年輕人黨內參政，既有舞台又有養分；第四、 四年內要讓國民黨一半以上的一級主管必須45歲以下，全面年輕化。
郝龍斌表示，國民黨一定要傾聽年輕人的話，做出符合年輕人、國民黨及社會發展需要的政策；而青年政見的擬定過程就是由下而上，由不同想法、不同背景、不同未來規劃的年輕人共同討論，擬具具體政見後，再由自己來背書。
他強調，只有年輕人能真正瞭解國民黨年輕化的問題，透過年輕人自擬政見，盼能真正解決問題，提出有用具體策略，讓年輕人願意參與、加入、認同國民黨，翻轉國民黨，由年輕人帶頭。
